HOW TO MAKE SHREDDED BEEF IN THE INSTANT POT

Welcome/Bienvenidos otra vez a mi cocina. Here is a very simple but delicious shredded beef instant pot recipe. You can make so many recipes with the shredded beef. Ingredients:
Trip Tip Roast 1.67 lbs
Onion 1/4-you can add more
Garlic Cloves -3 large
Bay Leaves -2
Oregano Mexicano -1/2 tsp
Sea Salt to taste-you can use any salt
Beef Broth-32 ounces
Love- 1 Cup
Pressure Cook for 1 hour. Shred and put back in broth to soak up all the flavors.

Garnishes:
Chopped Onion
Chopped Cilantro
Salsa
Lime
