Suman Malagkit Recipe is one of my favorite breakfast. Most Filipinos abroad crave for this rice cake. In the Philippines you can easily buy it in the market or street vendors. Whenever we go back to the country, I make sure I eat this delicious treat.

I realize the ingredients are not hard to find so I came up with this recipe and I'm sure it will satisfy your cravings as much as it did to me.

Ingredients:

1 cup glutinous rice
1 can coconut milk (390ml)
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 cup white sugar
banana leaves
water for steaming
