You know what they say... "To love is to lose." If you're like me and love Taco Bell more than you should, then you're well-acquainted with losing favorite menu items on a regular basis. Taco Bell removed the Spicy Potato Soft Taco this week, and instead of sulking, I decided to figure out how to make it at home. 3 large Russet Potatoes
1 tsp Cumin
1 tsp Chicken Bullion Powder
1 tsp Smoked Paprika
½ tsp Cayenne Pepper
Salt and Pepper
Cornstarch to coat
1 Tbsp Olive Oil

Flour Tortillas
Desired Toppings (Shredded Lettuce, Shredded Cheese, Diced Tomatoes)

Sauce (modified Jalapeño Ranch)
¼ cup Mayo
¼ cup Sour Cream
A splash of whole milk
1 jalapeño
1 chipotle
1 Tbsp Adobo
1 clove Garlic
Handful of Parsley
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Onion Powder
Salt
Pepper
