How To Make The Mexican Pizza Better Than Taco Bell (RIP)

If you haven't heard, Taco Bell announced that they are removing the Mexican Pizza from their menu. This is a staple item that has been loved for 30 years. Why they're doing it, I don't know. However! While it is tragic that you'll no longer be able to go through the Taco Bell drive-through at 2am and order this delicacy, with a little bit a of preparation, you can whip this up at home.

I took a stab at it and thought for sure I'd screw it up. Boy was I wrong. This along with the Crunchwrap I made a while back give me hope that I could survive without one of my favorite fast food restaurants... well at least for a little while. If it comes down to it, I may have to just open up a Taco Bell in my kitchen.
