The All Spice & Everything Nice fits the holidays as long as those holidays land in the winter. So, it also makes for a good winter drink. The qualities of winter cocktails is derived from the use of bourbon and lemon (like a whiskey sour) but allspice and honey to sweeten it up.

Allspice is an all year long spice however it definitely plays a heavier role in the winter time and in winter drinks. It reminds some folks of Christmas with its flavor, but others may think "tiki" so we keep the "winter wishing for warmer weather" on high.

All Spice & Everything Nice
- 2 oz. bourbon
- ¾ oz. fresh lemon juice
- ½ oz. honey syrup
- ¼ oz. St. Elizabeth’s Allspice Dram
- 2 dashes orange bitters
- Garnish: cinnamon stick and a few whole cloves

A fun winter drink that fits the 2020 start.
