As it turns out, a great Apple Martini recipe does not require a pile of neon green craziness. The Apple Martini, made with subtle apple sour schnapps paired with apple juice and vodka.

The beauty of the Apple Martini is that it brings a great flavor of apple, a slight sweet and a slight sour with just a hint of alcohol. Sure, it's potent, but the apple distracts from the potency with a great granny smith bite that makes you want to take a second sip of your little appletini.

The Apple Martini is fun, enjoyable, easy to drink and can lead to a long night if you don't take care, it does creep up on you!
