How to make the best and soft East African chapati

This week I’m so excited because I get to share with you my most requested recipe ever, Chapati.

Chapatis have been part of my upbringing and in today’s video I get to share with you some of the memories of my childhood .

You will need :

3 cups of bread Flour ( not cake flour), Plus extra for kneading and dusting

1 1/2 cups of warm water

1 tsp of salt

1/2 cup and Enough for cooking
