PINEAPPLE JALAPENO MARGARITA

INGREDIENTS

4 slices of jalapeno
2 oz/120 ml Silver Tequila
1 oz/30 ml Lime Juice
.5 oz/30 ml Simple Syrup
1 oz/30 ml Pineapple Juice

METHOD

1. Slice 4 Jalapeno slices and muddle them.
2. Add remaining Ingredients.
3. Shake with Ice for 10-15 seconds.
4. Use Jalapeno juice and salt to rim the glass.
5. Fine strain into rimmed glass.
6. Garnish with more Jalapeno slices.
