Today on Booze On The Rocks we show you How To Make The Silk Stocking Cocktail. This is an excellent Tequila dessert cocktail. Silk Stocking

INGREDIENTS

2 oz/60 ml Silver Tequila
.75 oz/22.5 ml Creme de Cacao
.25 oz/7 ml Grenadine
.75 oz/22.5 heavy Cream


METHOD

1. Pour small amount of simple syrup on plate to wet rim of glass.
2. Rim glass with shaved chocolate shavings.
3. Add all ingredients to mixing glass.
4. Add ice and shake for 10-15 seconds.
5. Double strain into rimmed glass.
