Step # 1
Log in to your PayPal Account. If you don't have an account, you can create one here.

Step #2
After you win or buy an item on eBay, you will be taken to the checkout. You will be asked to link your eBay and PayPal Accounts. Check the box that says "Yes, link my accounts" and then click "Complete checkout".
