How to peel a mango

Mangos are very slippery once the peel is removed. This shows you how to peel them without dropping them.

It gets easier once you figure out what knife works best for you and you learn how to cut around the seed. The hard part after that is finding good ones in the grocery. They aren't ready to peel until they get a little soft.
