In this video, I show you how to peel potatoes. It is a simple tutorial that is geared towards an important food preparation skill. There are a few different ways to peel the skin off of a potato; however, I show you a quick and easy method that involves a peeler. I basically peel the skin off of the sides first, and then peel the skin off of the top and bottom! It is quick and really easy to do!
