The better way of piercing your lip! I cleaned my lip before i pressed record.along with mouthwash. I used a 1.2mm x 12mm Lebret bar needed to be this big for swelling, when the swelling has gone down you can use a 6mm/8mm Please bare in mind this video is very old now and i don't need a debate on being responsible.. hah
