First you drill into the stripped part of the screw head until the head comes off. Take out the drill bit and put the drill head over what's left of the screw sticking out of the wall. Then, tighten down the drill head on the damaged screw that you want to remove from the wall. Put the drill in reverse direction and it's as easy as that.
