How to Replace a Toto Flapper Valve on a Leaking Toilet - Jesse Handles It

One of our toilets kept on running throughout the day and night so I had my son, Jesse, do some research on what the possible problem and fix was.

He figured it was the fill valve which he replaced and actually suspected the flapper valve too but I waited. He was right though!
