You can reset your Instagram password in two ways.

If you already know your password and are logged in, you can reset or change your Instagram password in the settings menu and change your password.

If you forgot your password and can't log in, you'll need either your username or email to reset it and you can do it via a web browser on your phone or computer.

Go to www.instagram.com, click login, and click forgot password. That will walk you through resetting your password.
