How to Return an Item on Amazon

In this tutorial, you will learn How to Return an Item on Amazon. In this video, I’m returning an items I purchased on the Canadian Amazon website. That being said, I believe the process of returning a product is similar on the US Amazon website. I’ve purchased many items on Amazon and love the service that I’ve received from them, especially via the Amazon Prime membership.

This is the first time I’ve had to return an item to Amazon. The process was seamless and easy to follow. In order to return an item on Amazon, follow these steps:

(1) Log into your Amazon account; (2) go to Your Account section; (3) choose Your Order; (4) click the Return Items button corresponding to the item you want to return; (5) use the drop-down menu to choose the reason; (6) enter the details for the return; (7) click the Continue button; (8) choose one of the return package options; (9) click the Confirm Your Return button; (10) print the mailing label; (11) and finally mail the package to Amazon.
