Recently bought a Donabe Pot and need to know how to season it? Here at Mrs Lin's Kitchen we will show you the simplest way to season your donabe that you have just purchased from us and how to care for it!
To season a Donabe Pot, all you need to do is make a thick unseasoned rice porridge by following the steps in our video.
After use, only wash with warm water and allow the donabe to dry completely before storing it. Always allow it to air dry upside down so mildew does not grow on the bottom of yoru donabe pot.
