This video shows how to set or change the time on the Smeg electric oven.

Step 1: Press 2nd and 3rd button.
--- the dot on the clock starts flashing
Step 2: use +/- buttons to set the time
Step 3: wait ~3s for the dot to stop flashing
--- the clock is set

If you ever need to change the time, repeat all of the steps.
