Need to know how to set the clock on an electric oven? In this video, we demonstrate how to reset the clock on an electric oven. You might do this to set the correct time when the clocks go back and forward during October and March each year. You'll soon have the time displayed on your electric cooker set correctly again!

This is also something you might need to do if you have recently experienced a power outage. An oven clock not working indicates that there has been an interruption to the power supply. You might also notice the clock/timer on your appliance flashing.

In essence, the oven is stuck in “automatic mode”, and a clock reset is in order to switch it back to manual. Watch the video to see what you need to do to reset the oven timer and get your appliance working again!
