How to Set Up Your Voicemail Greeting

How to set up the voicemail greeting for your phone extension / direct phone number with Telzio.

From your phone, dial *98 to access your voicemail. Press 3 to record a voicemail greeting. From there, press 1 to start recording, press any key to stop recording, and press 2 to listen to your recording.

From the Telzio Dashboard, go to User Settings (in the top right corner) to find your voicemail greeting. The maximum length for a greeting recorded directly through your browser is 45 seconds. You can create a longer greeting by uploading an audio file up to 6 MB.

Tip: Upload your audio file as an MP3 in 8kHz mono to create a longer greeting.
