How to setup the OBS Auto-Configuration Wizard and A Simple Three Scene Screen Recording

If you are new to OBS Open Broadcast Software and I bet many of you are, in this Work from Home situation, then take a few minutes to learn the basics on how to record your screen(s) and share with others. OBS is a free and open source hero of mine! .. \o/ ..

Screen Recording and/or Live Streaming can be taxing on a laptop and use lots of CPU causing freezes and lagging. OBS have this Auto-Configuration Wizard that's fast and hopefully effective, especially if you have NO IDEA on bit rates, encoder settings, base canvas resolutions, FPS etc etc
