How to Sprout Lentils and Alfalfa in a Mason Jar

Sprouting at home is super easy! Today I’m showing you a DIY method of sprouting a salad mixture of lentils, alfalfa, red clover, radish, and mustard seeds, using a mason jar. The sprouting process is so easy and it only took me 4 days!
