Description from the creator

This is now video one of three. 30-32 hours freezer, 24 HRS THAW. Does not matter if name brand is "converse" or "timberland's; or whatever. Does not matter what size foot you have either. Just find an appropriate sized water bottle, or soda bottle; and "stuff the thing in there". Find a PLASTIC, thin walled bottle with screw cap. Find a bottle that matches the size of your fleshly foot; only a little bit bigger. The "first update" in series will introduce you to the compression mold technique I learned. The "2nd update"; after that will show other variants of the technique that I humanly forgot to mention.
You must have a MacGyver like mind to make this work. Once the shoe thaws; your feet are in paradise. This idea will treat every portion of your foot that hurts without discrimination. The only thing it will not help is the bottoms of your feet; if there are no insoles present. It worked for me...again. I have to stretch my restaurant sneakers. Here is the video link for part two of this:

The link above is the first update. The link below is part three of this.

If people cannot figure this out after 2 updates...I will if I must; post another update. Please watch the series of 3 videos in entirety and in order. Otherwise; you will probably lose concept of what is going on. The only way your shoes will completely rip apart with this method if there is a huge amount of fight while sliding liquid water in and making it fit.
Thank you public for over a 1/4 million views on this video. I can improvise anything; maybe even a rocket to launch a man in orbit. I know I can do it; but their are aviation laws I would be violating if I did it. This is but only one of hundreds of improvised things I came up with. I have made fuel cells for motor vehicles, and flying machines out of things you can find from a scrap pile.
