Here is a video of me taking off my contacts in a way that I find easy. I no for people that are new to this might help, because I no how uncomfortable it is to touch your eye


Here is a detailed method of how I do it. I’m sorry my video is not so well still but hope this helps

For me sometimes it helps if you drop a little bit of solution. Sometimes contacts stick. Also open as wide as you can and in a circular motion stretch your corner part of your eye hope this helps let me know . Good luck
