Description from the creator

EASY, SMALL, & CLASSY HALF WINDSOR KNOT

The Half Windsor is a step up from the four-in-hand knot. It is larger than the four-in-hand knot and is symmetrical.

This knot is perfect for skinny (side-to-side) but not thin ties and thick but not wide ties.

See more tips below on how to tie a tie with the Half Windsor knot. Keep looking classy!

LEARN FROM THE FREAKING BEST

Since we posted our first video in 2007, we've taught more people how to tie a tie than anyone in the history of the world (thanks YouTube!). One of the most consistent comments we get is, "with your videos, I learned how to tie a tie my first try"

Teaching someone something new isn't easy. It takes practice and a little bit of instinct. In this how to tie a tie video we make sure to go slow so that beginners can learn the knot the first time through.
