Come on guys get your act together, this is how to properly take off a bra with one hand.

The secret is using your index finger and middle finger to hold the "loop" end of the bra.

1) Make a "peace" sign to hold the "loop" end of the bra in place.

2) Now use your thumb to release the pressure of the hook end. Voila one handed fun. Win Win!
