Description from the creator

THAD: When you want to hang something heavy on the wall and you can't find that stud, a hollow wall anchor is the perfect solution. I've got a couple here that are my favorites.

This is a great anchor for ceiling mounts. Like, say you have a chandelier or something you want to hang, this is your go-to. What you have to do is drill a pilot hole the same diameter as the end, here. And when you thread this through past the sheet rock, these wings open up. And as you tighten it pulls those wings down and grabs the backside of the sheet rock, giving you a lot of holding power.

If you're trying to anchor something in, say, stucco or ceramic, this is a good hollow wall anchor for that. What you have to do is pre-drill a hole the same diameter as this sleeve. Insert it into the hole, and then you can drill in the backside of it with your screw and it creates a lot of holding power as well.

I'm gonna show you how to use this easy anchor on this piece of sheet rock. So we have studs right here on both sides, but we don't have one in the middle and we want to hang something in the middle of the wall. These big threads on here create a lot of surface area holding power, and I can use my screw gun with it, too. With the Phillips head in the back, you can screw through the face of the sheet rock until you're flush. Once you're flush with the sheet rock, you can use your screw in the back of this anchor — and screw it in but leave a little bit hanging.

Once you've got that done, you can hang your art on there, and you got instant stud power with no stud.
