You can't share system-created folders such as the top-level iCloud Drive folder, Desktop, and Documents, or folders created by apps that use iCloud Drive. A shared folder only takes up space in the owner's iCloud storage. It does not count agains

In iCloud Drive on iCloud.com, select the file or folder you want to share, then click . Choose how you want to send the share link: Email: Click Share Options, edit who can access the files and make changes, then click Share.

You can stop sharing folders or files with people you invited. On your Mac, select the folder or document in iCloud Drive, or open a document in an app that supports iCloud File Sharing. Click the Share button , then choose Manage Shared Folder or Manage
