How to use One Drive( Sky Drive) to share files and Do document collaboration

OneDrive is a reliable cloud storage platform to share files and folders, Stored documents can be accessed from any web browser or local device such as Android, iOS, Mac/PC or Windows devices.

Tutorial explains How to create a document on One drive, share your files and folders and method to do online editing and document collaboration. One drive was previously known as sky drive, It is owned by Microsoft, so if you prefer to work on windows then chances are high that you will find it more comfortable to use it for cloud storage and editing documents online.

Apart from sharing, editing and online document collaboration, One drive can be used for creating online surveys, where the respondents answers would automatically get posted on excel and be part of One drive.

You can install Onedrive app on your mobile device. Any file or folder that’s saved on one device will automatically sync to other devices, meaning photographs uploaded on one drive app on mobile will sync automatically and can be accessed from your computer system.

Note: Before using One Drive service one must have a Microsoft Account or Sign Up to Microsoft Account with your existing Mail ID.
