Photoshop CS6/CC: How To Blend Two Images Together (Blending Images Tutorial)

Getting a picture inside or on top of another pictures and giving it an effect which makes them both blend together. A quick tutorial on how you can blend two different images into one picture. Some of you may know this effect / method as picture in picture. Works for pretty much all versions of adobe Photoshop, cs4, cs5, cs6 and cc.
