Shabby Chic application for kitchen cabinets. Instead of using wax, I am using a Polycoat as a hardener. This helps to keep the surface clean. Shabby Chic is a new term for distressed. Clean with lacquer thinner and light sand. First coat is a primer+paint with one coat. Then 3 coast of white to hide the brown. After drying well, scuff lightly as desired. Seal with the Polycoat.
