Description from the creator

Learn how to make these super easy two ingredient (dough) Pretzel Bites. I'll show you step by step how I make them. Highly addictive, you'll want to make them again and again!

Two Ingredient Pretzel Bites

-1 Cup Self Rising Flour
-1 Cup Plain Greek Yogurt (You can use full fat or low fat)

*If you don't have Self Rising Flour, simply add 1.5 Teaspoons of Baking Powder and 1/4 Teaspoon of Salt to each 1 Cup of All Purpose Flour you use. You can Double, Triple, Quadruple... make as much dough as you like!

Alkaline Water

-1/2 Cup Baking Soda
-Enough boiled water to cover uncooked Pretzel Bites (about 9cups)

-Coarse Sea Salt for adding to the tops of the Pretzel Bites
-Melter Butter for brushing, once finished baking (I use about 3 Tablespoons for the 1cup recipe)

Mix the flour and greek yogurt together in a bowl until it forms a ball. Flour your work surface and knead the dough for three minutes. Cut the dough ball in to four segments and roll out four logs. Cut the logs in to bite size pieces.

Boil water and add to a large bowl with a 1/2 cup of baking soda. Transfer the dough bites to the alkaline water and let sit for no more than 30seconds. Use a slotted spoon or other gadget that will allow the most amount of water to drain out. Place on to your prepared baking pan (I use parchment paper) . Arrange and bake.

Bake at 425° for 7 to 10 minutes. I bake mine for 5 minutes and then turn them all over. Then bake for an additional 3-5 minutes. Until the tops (which are currently the bottoms) have reached the same shade of brown as the other side.

Brush both sides with the melted butter and serve with your favourite dipping sauce. I use honey mustard.

Refer to the video for instructions.

Enjoy!
