HOW TO FAST AND PRAY - Vihan Damaris | 20th Day

Fasting and prayer can unlock the highest spiritual realm to a human. I've personally experienced this heaven on earth. Here are 8 simple steps you can use to guide your fast, and pray for your request.

Scripture mentioned in the video-
Matthew 6:16 - "When you fast..."
Mark 9:29 - "This kind can come out by nothing but prayer and fasting."
Acts 13:2 - "As they ministered to the Lord and fasted, the Holy Spirit spoke...Then, having fasted and prayed, they laid hands on them and sent them away."
Esther 4:14 - "Gather the Jews and fast for me; neither eat nor drink for 3 days, night or day. My maids and I shall do the same. And so I will go to the king, against the law, and if I perish, I perish."
Luke 4:2 - "Where for forty days he was tempted by the devil. He ate nothing during those days, and at the end of them he was hungry."
Exodus 34:28 - "Moses was there with the Lord forty days and forty nights without eating bread or drinking water. And he wrote on the tablets the words of the covenant—the Ten Commandments."
Ezra 8:23 - "So we fasted and petitioned our God about this, and he answered our prayer."
Isaiah 58:6 - “Is not this the kind of fasting I have chosen: to loose the chains of injustice
and untie the cords of the yoke, to set the oppressed free and break every yoke?”
Daniel 10:3 - "I ate no choice food; no meat or wine touched my lips; and I used no lotions at all until the three weeks were over."
