You must have a bitzenship to be able to do this.

To adopt llamas and alpacas you must be living on a acreage (farm, ranch etc.) You must be living in Chile, Peru, Brazil or Venezuela.
When you buy your acreage go into the pet section and a new tab should pop up to buy llamas and alpacas.
