Description from the creator

Self Defense with Sensei Lance - Direct from Tabajaras Favela in Rio de Janiero

In this video Sensei Lance teaches us how to be safe in a foreign country. The first thing Lance did to increase his safety and security was talk to his tour host (Paulo Roberto from BJJ Travelers Hostel) where he gained some great insider knowledge about the area. Another thing that has helped Lance tremendously was signing up to Facebook groups for the people who live in the favela.
