Description from the creator

The toothpaste that you use should have fluoride in it as its main ingredient. The fluoride helps to control cavity formation. You should select a toothpaste that is American Dental Association approved.
Your toothbrush will not last for ever. Three months is the typical time to replace it. When ever the bristles of the toothbrush start to fray or bend, its time to replace.
Make sure the bristles are soft and the tips are rounded.
Cavity is the result of two primary factors, one is bacteria in mouth and the second is high sugary and starchy diet. The bacteria in the plaque converts the sugar into acids. These acids de-mineralize the heart structure of your tooth, the enamel and creates a soft spot or cavity.. nnThe signs and symptoms of cavity depends on the extent and location. The initial formation of cavity is never painful.. nnAs the cavity progresses, it can cause you pain and sensitivity..
