Things to Remember when computing grades in Microsoft Excel:
Use equal sign in every formula
Use dollar sign on the variable you want to remain in the formula.
Use the Function Sum in computing for the Total
To compute for the Percentage Score divide the student's score to the Highest percentage score then multiply its quotient to 100
For the Raw grades, multiply the PS to the percent give to the three areas then add the product of the three.
Use the RANK function to get the student's Ranking.
Use the IF function in computing for the student's Award.
Be careful on what you type especially in Formula.
