I just want to make a quick HOW TO COOK video using our freshly picked Chinese Kangkong. This type of KangKong is not planted on a swamp. This is just planted in a very damp soil (We watered it 3x a day). Actually, this is our first harvest for this summer and I'm so excited to have a taste of our very own homegrown Chinese Water/River Spinach.
