Prior to judging this video please see my other videos that show the horrible job somebody did installing windows at my house.
I had a dispute with the contractor and they hired a collection agency to get ALL of their money. We had previously offered TO PAY for the job LESS what we had to pay to have it corrected.
If you legitimately owe money work a deal out with whom you owe the money (bypass the collection agency) and pay your bill.

If you have a legitimate gripe, and are being pursued by a collection agency learn the laws.
FCRA, FDCPA, go the to the ftc.gov web site, and lawyer up.
I have put cuts in this clip to remove certain identifiable information.

Again pay all legitimate bills.
