Tips:
1. Try to find the sweet spot for the spin, it is right below your big toe. You should in no way feel your toe pick, so keep trying untill you can spin for ages!
2. Think of spinning as making tiney circles backwards, you are going to make little rounds, so keep that in mind.
3. Pull your arms in to gain speed.
4. Make the half circle as long as possible and really feel like you are changing edges.
