Documenting Problem Employees

Problem employees can be anywhere in a workplace.

Sometimes, they’re easy to spot.

The unmotivated employee who turns in sub-standard work.

Other times, the problem employee is not so easily identified.

"Like a cancer, he or she insidiously eats away at the fabric of a peaceful workplace...while keeping within the very fringes of company rules and regulations."

The sad reality is that problem employees can be harmful for the company and its workforce.

Your company needs to make sure that its expectations are clear through written policies and performance reviews
