I've loved avocados for years, and I've used this method almost just as long. It's great for when you're on the go, or if you really just don't feel like using a spoon. Enjoy! At the end, squish slowly to avoid mess and waste lol I could hear my puppy come running as soon as it hit the floor

edit: it was the middle of the night, so my brain wasn't quite keeping up with me lol. when I said you don't need to touch the pit, I mean I usually spit it right into the compost or garbage. typically I would be eating it out of the peel and dropped a piece because I was trying to show it to the camera 😂
