HOW TO FAST AND PRAY EFFECTIVELY | MY EXPERIENCE

Worship Instrumental : youtu.be/Xx1MjhzKcYw

Fasting is a time to afflict your soul and seek God. Try your best to abstain from pleasurable things, come humbly before the Lord in prayer. Enjoy your fast !

After the fast, things may seem to get worse & that’s because the enemy is upset, any demon that was influencing your life has now been unseated. You need to continue in the Word and stay strong and firm after the fast because the attacks will get intense.

*Hebrew* definition for meditate is mutter
