Welcome To How To Pray and Fast For a Breakthrough - Fasting and Prayer Steps

This is simply a video I’ve put together where I would like to share the process of fasting and prayer for anyone within the sound of my voice.

Please continue to meditate on this how-to information and the prayers for yourself as well as seek the advice of a medical professional before fasting.

All I ask you to do is to agree with me as I pray and we seek our Heavenly Father.

Speak the prayers daily or listen to this video over and over again and allow the Word of God concerning fasting and praying to reach deep into your spirit.
