The North Carolina Secretary of State requires Corporations and Limited Liability Companies (LLC) to file an annual report every year.


Failure to file an annual report will lead to an administrative dissolution. If you're corporation or LLC is dissolved you'll have to reinstate the coporation or LLC and pay the fees and penalties.


Avoid this hassle by filing your NC Annual Report each year.
