Ingredients List

1/2 tsp Adobo
1/2 tsp Complete seasoning
1 tsp Fish Seasoning
2 cups vegetable oil
2 yellow tail snapper (or fish of choice)
3 garlic cloves
5 sprigs thyme
1 scotch bonnet pepper
