In this video, U.S. immigration lawyer Michael Ashoori, Esq. explains 4 ways to get a green card through self-petition.

• EB1A
• EB2 NIW
• EB-5
• VAWA

Update: The EB-5 minimum investment amounts changed in 2022. As of this update, the minimum investment is $800,000 for an investment in a targeted employment area (TEA) or qualifying infrastructure project, and $1,050,000 otherwise. Federal law requires these amounts to be adjusted for inflation beginning January 1, 2027, so the minimum investment amounts are expected to increase for petitions filed on or after that date. Check the current requirements on the USCIS website before making any decisions.
