When women go through break ups there are two types of people the pushers and the pullers, so during the relationship, you will establish this label so when your ex starts pushing away the puller starts trying to pull you in which then pushes them further away.

You need to change your exes perception is everything to getting your ex back he needs to change his mind set on how you are in your exes mind. So, the begging for example is where you need to change your exes perception, where you stop begging him and don’t start up again. If he views you as desperate for him if he sees you with other men this will correct that perception.
