The Alcatraz cocktail is an adaptation on an original recipe created in 2015 by Christin Wagner at La Petite Grocery, New Orleans, USA. I found the recipe in the Difford's Guide, one of the most visited cocktail directories on the web.

ALCATRAZ
45ml Tequila Reposado (initially use Tequila Anejo)
22.5ml Oloroso Sherry
15ml Suze Gentian Liqueur
7.5ml Mezcal (I use the Eterno No1)
1 Bar spoon Agave Nectar (or Syrup)
2-3 Dashes Chocolate Bitters

Stir with ice and serve in Old Fashioned glass over ice. Garnish with Orange zest.
